Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
At White Lotus, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our policy below:
Returns & Replacements:
- Returns are accepted only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images.
- Returned products must be unused and in original packaging.
Refunds:
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after inspection.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Cancellations:
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
